Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing sales appointments with high-net-worth clientele
- Process transactions at point-of-sale systems and manage payment workflows
- Execute comprehensive post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alterations management, and thank-you correspondence
- Organize and maintain appointment scheduling systems for sales personnel
- Enter, update, and maintain precise clientele information and customer relationship management (CRM) databases
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence activities
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and bespoke experiences for top-tier clients
