Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing for and executing selling appointments
- Process transactions at point-of-sale systems
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations management, and thank-you correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling logistics
- Enter and maintain accurate client information in internal systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media content
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and client experiences for top-tier customers
- Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock promptly
