Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments with high-net-worth clients
- Process transactions at point-of-sale systems
- Execute post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling for the Personal Shopping department
- Maintain accurate and detailed clientele information and customer relationship data
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence for client engagement
- Coordinate and assist in organizing gifting initiatives and exclusive experiences for top-tier clients
- Ensure unsold merchandise is promptly returned to stock and properly inventoried
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms through coordination with housekeeping services
- Perform additional projects and special initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Styling, fashion retail, or luxury retail experience required
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
