Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing sales appointments in a curated environment
- Process transactions at POS systems and ensure accurate order documentation
- Execute post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alteration coordination, and personalized thank you correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling and maintain calendar management for sales team
- Enter, verify, and maintain precise clientele information and sales records
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media content coordination
- Contribute to VIP client gifting initiatives and experiential programs
- Return unsold merchandise to stock with proper documentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and appointment spaces
- Complete additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion, or luxury fashion retail experience required
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets)
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
