Sales Advisor – Women's Shoes position in Westchester; luxury retail footwear expertise and client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert consultancy on women's footwear collections, guiding clients through product features, styling, and fit
- Cultivate and maintain meaningful client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term loyalty
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling techniques
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across seasonal collections and brand heritage
- Execute visual merchandising standards and ensure optimal presentation of the women's shoes department
- Process transactions efficiently while ensuring seamless checkout experiences
- Collaborate with store team members to create a cohesive, high-energy retail environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium footwear
