Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling and product consultation to clients in the women's contemporary department
- Build and maintain a strong client base through active engagement and follow-up
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and communicate key features and benefits
- Ensure the retail space is merchandised to brand standards and impeccably maintained
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at point of sale
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or contemporary fashion environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage clients and convert sales opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
- Knowledge of contemporary women's fashion trends and styling
Skills
Experience
2–3 years of retail sales experience in fashion, luxury goods, or a comparable customer-facing environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail certification or fashion training is advantageous but not required.
