Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate lasting client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, showcasing products tailored to whether clients are engaging remotely or in-person
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools, digital store technology, and fleetwide inventory systems to drive sales across channels
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Develop and execute individual business growth strategies using wardrobing, targeted outreach, and technology-enabled selling
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic to the store
- Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment and support collective success
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Commission sales experience in retail or luxury sectors
