Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric approach and cultivate sustained client relationships through elevated selling and exceptional service
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales; leverage technology tools and wardrobing strategies to enhance customer experience
- Adapt product presentation to suit both remote and in-person client interactions
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools and fleetwide inventory systems to optimize sales performance and client satisfaction
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Strategize personal productivity through targeted wardrobing, proactive client outreach, and consistent technology usage
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients and guide intentional store traffic
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment with team members
Qualifications
- Motivated with proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
- Proficient with technology and experienced in selling to clients using digital platforms and tools
- Demonstrated styling, fashion knowledge, and luxury retail experience
- Commission sales experience in a retail environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Flexible work schedule availability, particularly for weekend shifts
