Sales Advisor – Sportswear Designer position in Bergen. Luxury retail role focused on designer athletic collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product consultation on designer sportswear collections to discerning clientele
- Present technical features and design innovation within performance-oriented athletic lines
- Build and cultivate client relationships through personalized styling recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across seasonal collections and innovations
- Achieve sales targets whilst ensuring a premium client experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a luxury or designer retail environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of sportswear design, technical fabrics, and performance features
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Experience
2–3 years of experience in luxury retail, sportswear retail, or designer fashion sales.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; retail certifications or fashion training preferred.
