Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized, elevated selling and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate expert styling, fashion knowledge, and brand authority both in-person and via digital channels
- Utilize omni-channel technology, digital selling tools, and social media to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Showcase products appropriately based on client engagement method (in-person vs. remote)
- Leverage fleetwide inventory and digital store technology to optimize product presentation and sales opportunities
- Maintain customer-centric mentality and create a positive, collaborative work environment
Qualifications
- Proven commission sales experience in luxury or fashion retail
- Expert knowledge of fashion trends, styling principles, and luxury brand positioning
- Demonstrated proficiency with digital selling tools, omni-channel platforms, and technology platforms
- Ability to set and consistently achieve sales goals and performance metrics
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Flexible availability to accommodate dynamic retail scheduling
Skills
Experience
Commission sales experience in fashion or luxury retail required. Demonstrated success selling to clients using digital tools and technology platforms is essential. Proven ability to excel in fast-paced, dynamic retail environments with a track record of achieving personal sales targets.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
