Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients with expertise and enthusiasm to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product knowledge and styling guidance for men's sportswear collections
- Present merchandise features, benefits, and care instructions in a compelling manner
- Guide clients through the purchasing process and process transactions accurately
- Maintain sales floor organization, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Proven sales or retail experience in a luxury or upscale environment
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and provide consultative service to discerning clientele
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Experience
2-3 years of retail sales experience in a luxury or premium environment, preferably in apparel or sportswear categories.
Education
