Role & Responsibilities
- Implement selling behaviors and exceed individual sales plans within the Designer Ready-to-Wear category
- Develop and maintain a proprietary clientele base, fostering repeat business and customer loyalty
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across luxury brands and seasonal collections
- Collaborate with brand vendor partners to identify and maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling and client-focused events
- Support store-wide initiatives and assume additional responsibilities as needed
