Role & Responsibilities
- Implement selling behaviors and strategies to exceed individual sales plans and departmental targets
- Develop and maintain a premium clientele base through consultative selling and relationship management
- Maintain and expand comprehensive product knowledge across the curated brand assortment
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, in-store events, and client development
- Execute ad hoc store responsibilities and support operational initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Accomplished sales track record with demonstrated client-focused approach
