Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver consultative, personalized styling advice tailored to individual client preferences and body types
- Process point-of-sale transactions with efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge across the men's collection, including fabric composition, design heritage, and fit characteristics
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat purchases and brand advocacy
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are upheld throughout the men's department
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required
Qualifications
- Demonstrated retail sales excellence, preferably in luxury menswear or high-end fashion
