Contemporary fashion house in London seeks a Selling Advisor to deliver luxury client service and drive sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a personalised, high-touch client experience that reflects the brand’s positioning and drives repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, appointments, and conversion of footfall.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships via follow-ups, clienteling tools and after-sales care.
  • Present product storytelling with expert knowledge of materials, design details and seasonal assortments.
  • Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects brand presentation guidelines.
  • Execute store operational tasks including stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, pricing, cash handling and POS transactions.
  • Participate in in-store events, private appointments and local marketing initiatives to grow the client base.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous retail experience, ideally within contemporary or luxury fashion (preferred minimum 1 year).
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and perform under KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak retail seasons.
  • Professional presentation and strong product storytelling capability.
