Role & Responsibilities
- Implement appropriate selling behaviors and exceed individual and departmental sales plans
- Develop and cultivate a personal clientele base through relationship-building and follow-up
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all brands and categories within the jewelry department
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, special events, and client development initiatives
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by store management
