Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, positioning oneself as a trusted style confidante
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, utilizing technology and wardrobing strategies to improve sales performance
- Service clients both in-store and digitally using the latest omni-channel selling tools and digital store technology, with proficiency in fleet-wide inventory systems
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business development
- Utilize digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients, guide intentional traffic, and support remote selling initiatives

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Proven commission sales experience
- Demonstrated experience selling to clients using digital tools and technology platforms
- Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience with authority in discussing fashion trends
- Ability to set and achieve sales goals in a results-driven environment

Experience
Commission sales experience in fashion or luxury retail is required. Experience selling to clients through digital tools and remote channels is preferred. Background in styling or personal shopping services is highly valued.
