Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice to clients seeking home décor and gifts
- Cultivate client relationships and maintain detailed client records to enhance repeat business and loyalty
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through consultative selling and service excellence
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain immaculate store presentation within the home and gifts department
