Sales Advisor - Handbags position at luxury retail location in Beverly Hills, Florida. Deliver premium client experiences in leather goods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative product advice and styling recommendations to clients visiting the handbags department
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships, documenting preferences and purchase history for personalized service
- Execute visual merchandising standards and seasonal product presentation within the assigned department
- Achieve or exceed individual and departmental sales targets through proactive clienteling and transaction management
- Respond to client inquiries with fluency regarding product specifications, care instructions, and brand heritage
- Support the retail team during peak trading periods and special events
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in luxury retail or premium customer service
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail transaction processing
- Ability to communicate brand values and product narratives with sophistication
- Client-facing experience in handbags, accessories, or related luxury category
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in luxury retail, premium handbags or accessories retail, or equivalent client-facing role within a high-end retail environment.
Education
