Role & Responsibilities
- Implement appropriate selling behaviors and exceed individual sales plans within the designer department
- Develop and maintain a personalized clientele base through relationship-building and client service excellence
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of designer brands, product features, and seasonal collections
- Collaborate with vendor partners to identify and maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling approaches
- Participate in store events, product launches, and client-building initiatives
- Execute ad hoc responsibilities to support departmental and store-level objectives

- Accomplished track record in sales with demonstrated client-focused approach
- Passion for and expertise in fashion and luxury retail
- Ability to work weekends and maintain consistent availability

Skills
Experience
Demonstrated accomplishment in sales with an established track record of client relationship development and sales growth. Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail, fashion, or customer service education is advantageous.
