Role & Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through elevated selling techniques and exceptional customer service across in-store and digital channels
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge while showcasing products appropriately for remote and in-person client engagement
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing objectives through strategic business planning
- Utilize selling tools, digital store technology, and omni-channel inventory systems to maximize sales opportunities
- Leverage digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive intentional store traffic
- Strategize business development to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, targeted outreach, and technology adoption
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment and report directly to the Sales Manager
Qualifications
- Proven commission sales experience in fashion retail or luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated styling and fashion expertise with the ability to advise clients on trends and wardrobe curation
- Proficiency with digital selling tools and technology platforms
- Ability to maintain a customer-centric mentality and achieve sales goals consistently
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Flexibility to accommodate dynamic work schedules
Skills
Experience
Commission sales experience in fashion or luxury retail, combined with demonstrated proficiency in digital selling platforms and client relationship management.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 10 to USD 25 per hour.
