Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product expertise across contemporary ready-to-wear and accessories.
- Manage client appointments, private viewings and personal shopping sessions; maintain accurate client records and sales notes.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and handle returns and after-sales service with discretion and professionalism.
- Support daily store operations including stock replenishment, inventory control, receiving deliveries and executing visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards and contribute to seasonal merchandising and product launches.
- Collaborate with the boutique team and back-office functions to ensure seamless client experiences and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
