Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling guidance to clientele across the contemporary collection
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and deliver personalized shopping experiences
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and maintain accurate transaction records
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and monitor inventory levels on the sales floor
- Build and nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury or contemporary retail sales
