Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a customer-centric mentality and cultivate lasting client relationships through elevated selling and personal engagement
- Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales through technology-enabled wardrobing and personal styling services
- Utilize omni-channel selling tools, digital store technology, and fleetwide inventory systems to maximize sales across in-store and remote channels
- Achieve personal sales targets, client conversion goals, and wardrobing metrics through strategic business planning and intentional client outreach
- Leverage digital tools and social media platforms to connect with clients, guide intentional traffic, and facilitate remote selling engagements
- Showcase products differently based on whether clients are remote or in-person, adapting the customer experience to delivery method
- Create a positive work environment through collaborative engagement with team members and store leadership
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion, and luxury fashion retail experience
- Commission sales experience in a retail environment
