The Returns Warehouse Associate processes merchandise to quality and productivity standards, working across receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing as needed. The role is based in the warehouse, reports to the shift Supervisor, and follows a Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. schedule, with overtime availability required during peak periods; the stated hourly rate is $18.00.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process merchandise while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
- Work across multiple warehouse functions as needed, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, returns, shipping, and packing.
- Ensure merchandise handling and processing meet ELG standards.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Follow operational and safety protocols to comply with company policies.
- Be available for overtime during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Willingness to be cross-trained and work in multiple warehouse departments.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- English proficiency to complete safety and on-the-job training and meet compliance requirements.

The base compensation for this position is USD 18 per hour.
