Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative sales support to clients, identifying their needs and presenting curated product selections
- Achieve individual and departmental sales targets whilst maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain department presentation according to brand guidelines
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
- Develop product knowledge across assigned categories and communicate brand heritage and product attributes to clients
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience in a luxury or upscale environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible retail schedules including evenings and weekends
- Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury retail standards
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury retail, department store, or high-end fashion retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality training is advantageous.
