Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and personalized styling expertise across luxury merchandise categories
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain product knowledge across diverse luxury brand offerings and communicate value propositions to clientele
- Support store visual merchandising standards and maintain an organized, premium retail environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve departmental performance goals
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in luxury retail or high-end customer service environments
