Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer needs and style preferences
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay current on luxury designer offerings and promotions
- Greet customers warmly and educate them on current promotions and loyalty programs
- Build long-term customer relationships and promote the Saks credit card to drive repeat business
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS register system while adhering to checkout standards
- Resolve customer concerns and issues with professionalism, ensuring alignment with company values
- Achieve individual and store performance goals for sales, customer acquisition, and loyalty program enrollment
- Maintain the selling floor and fitting rooms through fixture resizing, markdown execution, and proper merchandise display
- Execute markdown procedures with accuracy and urgency in accordance with company standards
