Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling expertise to luxury retail clientele
- Assist customers with product selection, fitting, and consultation across multiple luxury brands
- Maintain detailed client relationships and preferences for personalized shopping experiences
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store displays
- Process transactions and handle cash/card payments accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and department performance goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience in a luxury environment preferred
- Demonstrated passion for fashion and luxury goods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends
