Restaurant Server position in Long Island, NY. Deliver exceptional dining service in a professional hospitality environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm, professional manner
- Present menus and communicate knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverage options
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using point-of-sale systems
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and bar in a timely manner
- Clear and reset tables between seatings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
- Process guest payments and handle cash or card transactions
- Address guest concerns and ensure dining satisfaction
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure coordinated service
Qualifications
