Role & Responsibilities
- Serve assigned dining sections in a professional and gracious manner consistent with luxury hospitality standards
- Provide detailed information to customers regarding menu items, preparation methods, and culinary terminology
- Leverage knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits, including technical and service procedures, to enhance customer experience
- Execute proper table settings, place settings, and service standards including china, glassware, and flatware placement
- Adhere to all accounting procedures and authorized payment methods, maintaining proficiency with the POS system
- Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and execute pre-shift, post-shift, and assigned weekly duties
- Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, uniform presentation, and workstation cleanliness
- Lift and carry objects up to 35 pounds, including tables, chairs, and service equipment
- Manage flexible scheduling requirements including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on operational needs
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Proven experience serving food and beverage in a full-service dining environment
- Thorough knowledge of order of service and proper table service guidelines
- Comprehensive understanding of food preparation, culinary terminology, and wine/spirits service procedures
- Ability to interact graciously with the public and manage multiple simultaneous responsibilities
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving capabilities
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds

Experience
