Role & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations, ensuring service flows align with the brand's standards of hospitality and luxury guest experience.

- Relevant food-safety certification (e.g., Level 2/3, HACCP) preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrable capability to lead, coach and motivate a diverse front-of-house team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and polished service manner appropriate to a luxury clientele.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
