Role & Responsibilities

  • Set and maintain service standards regarding personal hygiene, uniform compliance, and refined guest interactions
  • Champion premium service delivery and food and beverage quality to elevate the luxury dining experience
  • Act as a prominent restaurant representative, proactively building guest relationships and managing front-of-house flow including greeting, seating, and table touching
  • Monitor floor operations continuously for lapses in luxury service standards, providing real-time coaching and constructive feedback
  • Create and manage efficient, flexible work schedules while budgeting labor effectively and aligning with business projections
  • Complete accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to track sales trends, forecast business volume, and manage budgets
  • Delegate shift responsibilities to associates dynamically and rigorously follow up on task completion
  • Coordinate closely with culinary and kitchen staff to identify scheduling needs, ensure proper menu coverage, and align front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Support coordination and execution of special promotions and private events, reviewing catering prospectuses for accuracy regarding guest counts, floor plans, and dietary requirements
  • Manage operational logistics for events, including rentals, labor allocation, and beverage provisions
  • Maintain awareness of inventory levels and quality control to prevent product waste while ordering necessary supplies
  • Partner with the dining room team to ensure flawless preparation, breakdown, and execution of daily service shifts

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant supervision, fine-dining table service, or high-end hospitality leadership
  • Thorough knowledge of premium order of service guidelines and proper placement of luxury table settings
  • Strong familiarity with culinary terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks, hold team members accountable, and work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
