Role & Responsibilities
- Greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, embodying Bergdorf Goodman brand and service standards
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to ensure seamless dining flow and optimal table utilization
- Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff regarding table status and special guest requirements
- Maintain an organized and elegant host stand and entrance area reflecting the luxury retail environment
- Accommodate special guest requests with discretion and professionalism whenever operationally feasible
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure consistent guest comfort and service efficiency throughout service periods
