Restaurant Host position at NorthPark dining establishment. Greet guests, manage seating, and deliver exceptional hospitality.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival
- Manage the reservation system and coordinate table assignments throughout service
- Maintain an organized host stand and monitor dining room flow
- Communicate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to optimize table turnover
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
