Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers at the host stand with professionalism and warmth
- Manage all restaurant reservations through the OpenTable platform, including VIP requests and general inquiries
- Monitor server performance and service flow to ensure optimal guest dining experiences
- Organize seating arrangements and optimize station assignments during service hours
- Maintain detailed knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Participate in daily pre-shift team meetings and briefings
- Ensure menus and menu covers remain clean, presentable, and well-organized
- Address guest inquiries regarding operating hours, specials, and special events
- Maintain impeccable personal presentation and hygiene standards
- Perform physical duties including lifting and arranging furniture and tableware
Qualifications
