Restaurant Cook position in Troy, Michigan — prepare and cook menu items in a professional kitchen environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and plating standards
- Maintain assigned cooking station and ensure proper equipment operation
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen team members and respond to direction from head chef or sous chef
- Monitor food quality and consistency throughout service
