Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and plating specifications
- Manage assigned cooking station and coordinate with other kitchen staff
- Maintain rigorous standards of food quality, temperature control, and portion consistency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications
