Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute dishes to the kitchen’s technical specifications at an assigned station during service windows.

Qualifications

  • Culinary diploma, certificate or equivalent professional kitchen experience.
  • Valid food safety / HACCP certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
  • Proven ability to work evenings, weekends and peak service periods in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent knife skills and familiarity with classic and contemporary cooking techniques.
