Regional Generalist People Business Partner role supporting multiple departments across Texas region, strategic HR focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership to develop and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide strategic human resources consultation across assigned regions
- Support talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development initiatives
- Serve as primary HR liaison for employee relations, compensation, and benefits matters
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee engagement
Qualifications
- 5+ years of human resources experience in a business partnership capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational development and change management
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compensation, and benefits administration
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities
Skills
Experience
5+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR business partnership or generalist role serving multiple departments and/or regions. Experience supporting talent management, organizational development, and employee relations initiatives required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
