Regional Director, Asset Protection for the East Region based in New York. Lead loss prevention and security operations across multiple luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive asset protection strategies across the East Region
- Oversee loss prevention operations and security protocols at all regional facilities
- Lead and mentor asset protection teams across multiple locations
- Monitor and analyze loss data, identifying trends and implementing corrective actions
- Establish partnerships with local law enforcement and security agencies
- Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews of security procedures
- Manage asset protection budget and resource allocation
- Report regional performance metrics to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven track record in asset protection or loss prevention management at a regional or enterprise level
