The Quality Assurance and Inventory Control Specialist supports accuracy and quality across the product life cycle, from receiving through shipping, and reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control. The role compiles reports, reviews records and processes, and uses reporting systems and computer applications to manage data in office and warehouse environments; overtime may be required as business needs dictate. Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and prepare reports in support of department objectives.
- Review records and processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
- Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers by email and in person.
- Use reporting systems and computer applications to enter and review data.
- Follow written and verbal directions accurately.
- Work overtime as business needs require.
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information.

Qualifications

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite programs, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
