Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives
- Check and review records and processes for accuracy, making corrections as needed
- Utilize reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data
- Maintain professional communication with colleagues and customers via email and face-to-face interactions
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information efficiently
- Adhere to ELG Safety standards and warehouse protocols
- Support inventory control and quality assurance processes across both office and warehouse environments
- Respond to questions and clarifications as needed to maintain workflow
- Execute additional tasks as directed by manager or supervisor
- Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime as dictated by business needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of administrative experience
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain focused and on task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overtime as required
