Role & Responsibilities
- Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives
- Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed
- Maintain polite and professional communication via email and face-to-face interactions with co-workers and customers
- Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data
- Organize and prioritize large volumes of information
- Adhere to ELG Safety standards and other operational requirements
- Work flexibly to accommodate overtime as dictated by business needs
- Respond to questions and inquiries as needed
- Maintain focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment
- Perform work in both office and warehouse environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- One year of administrative experience
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision
- Ability to work effectively both on a team and independently
