Role & Responsibilities
- Perform all department functions including material handling, merchandise verification, and processing
- Resolve receipt and inventory discrepancies in coordination with leadership and external business partners
- Prioritize freight flow to achieve daily operational targets and maintain inventory accuracy
- Verify incoming merchandise is received correctly against documentation and system records
- Maintain safety and housekeeping standards throughout the distribution center
- Operate warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and material handling equipment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and quality control processes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership and business partners
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with or ability to rapidly learn warehouse management systems
- Capability to operate manual pallet jacks and RF scanning equipment
- Physical capacity to stand for extended shifts and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. repetitively
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or distribution center environments is preferred; candidates demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to learn complex systems will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.
