The Quality Assurance and Inventory Control Specialist supports product accuracy and quality throughout the product life cycle, from receiving to shipping, and reports to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control. The role prepares reports, reviews records and processes, handles data, and works across office and warehouse environments, with overtime as business needs dictate. Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and quality throughout the product life cycle, from receiving to shipping.
- Compile and prepare reports in support of department objectives.
- Review records and processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed.
- Communicate politely and professionally with colleagues and customers by email and in person.
- Use reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data.
- Follow written and verbal directions accurately.
- Work overtime as business needs dictate.
