Night Shift IC/QA Coordinator at Saks Global Distribution Center (ECDC), USA. $17.05–$21.32/hr, Sunday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM.
Role & Responsibilities
- Perform all distribution center functions including processing, material handling, and problem resolution
- Resolve receipt issues and discrepancies with external business partners and leadership
- Prioritize freight to achieve daily operational goals and timelines
- Verify all incoming merchandise is received correctly and accurately
- Maintain safety standards and housekeeping protocols throughout the warehouse
- Operate manual pallet jacks and manage material movement efficiently
- Monitor inventory accuracy and flag anomalies for resolution
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track shipments and inventory
Qualifications
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
- Effective communication skills with leadership, business partners, and customers
- Ability to stand for entire shifts and lift/pull/push up to 50 lbs. repetitively
- Proficiency or willingness to learn RF scanner technology
- Competency with computer systems and warehouse management platforms
- Ability to work a consistent, pre-set night shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM)
- Understanding of English language (written and verbal)
Skills
Experience
Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or distribution center environments is preferred. Familiarity with receiving and quality assurance processes is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
