Saks Global — Production Coordinator in Dallas, TX. Full-time studio role coordinating Ready-to-Wear and Still Life photo shoots and studio logistics.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule Ready‑to‑Wear and Still Life photo shoots, resolving conflicts and ensuring alignment with production timelines.
- Oversee sample turn‑ins and product movement within the studio, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to Saks Global standards.
- Maintain and produce operational reports, including budget trackers, item counts, invoicing documentation, and accruals.
- Book and manage freelance talent and models, coordinating contracts and invoicing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between on‑set teams and Sample Management, communicating daily shoot requirements, treatments, special instructions and deadlines.
- Manage in‑studio logistics such as catering and on‑site resources to maintain an efficient studio workflow.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated organizational aptitude with the ability to prioritize, multitask and coordinate competing demands in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of urgency.
- Ability to work full time on-site in the Dallas studio (typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm).
- Entry level acceptable; prior exposure to photo studio operations (internship or prior roles) highly preferred.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in photography, production, visual arts, communications or a related discipline preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 45,000 to USD 52,000 per annum.
