Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients through proactive outreach, personalised appointments and thoughtful follow-up.
- Deliver bespoke styling, product recommendations and private shopping experiences aligned with brand standards and individual client preferences.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, maintaining accurate client records and purchase histories in the CRM to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
- Coordinate and execute private events, trunk shows and exclusive previews in partnership with merchandising and marketing teams.

Education
