Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train new Personal Stylists and develop high-potential associates to grow into the Personal Stylist program
- Provide frequent coaching and development of Personal Stylists through one-on-one strategy sessions to identify client engagement and spending opportunities based on lifestyle and shopping history
- Assist Personal Stylists in creating successful outreach strategies to grow their business through digital selling and in-person customer experiences
- Offer product knowledge, trend updates, and selling skills to drive wardrobing and styling expertise
- Build positive and productive relationships with brand partners and merchants to meet unique client needs
- Manage operational aspects of the Personal Styling Studio including processes, inventory, client experience, and special order/merchandise tracking
- Assist Personal Stylists with leadership and management of styling assistants to maximize resources and productivity
- Drive customer cultivation by assisting Personal Stylists to create individualized strategies for client development and new client pipeline growth
- Establish and maintain strong local community networks through philanthropic involvement and attendance at social and seasonal events
- Strategically leverage VIC (Very Important Customer) and PCR (Personal Client Relationship) experiences for top and high-potential clients
- Partner with Client Development, Brand Experience, and Merchants to strategize and deliver personalized events for the Personal Stylist team
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion or related sectors
- Proven track record of achieving measurable business results
- Demonstrated history of building, leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Expert-level knowledge of selling across multiple fashion categories and product expertise
- Motivational and results-driven approach to business management
- Collaborative "win together" mentality

Experience
6–8 years of relevant experience in luxury retail fashion, with a proven track record of building and leading successful teams in a high-end retail environment. Experience managing personal styling programs, direct reports, and large client portfolios is highly valued.
