Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the personal styling department and strategic initiatives
- Develop and execute styling consultation programs for high-net-worth clientele
- Train and mentor a team of personal stylists and styling consultants
- Drive revenue growth and client retention within the personal styling vertical
- Collaborate with merchandising and retail leadership to curate collections and seasonal offerings
- Establish styling service standards and quality benchmarks across locations
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a personal stylist or in luxury styling services
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in fashion retail or luxury services
- Extensive knowledge of luxury fashion, brands, and current style trends
- Ability to build and maintain high-net-worth client relationships
- Strategic business acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Experience
5+ years of progressive experience in personal styling, luxury retail, or high-end fashion consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, or related field preferred.
